We design and produce all our molds under the most advanced 3D support, and thanks to a machining process of maximum reliability and precision. Our machines have a production autonomy of 24 hours, to guarantee maximum productivity and efficiency. In this way we minimize the response time to our customers, always adapting to their needs.

DESIGN AND MACHINERY

We use the latest generation CAD/CAM programs, which allow us a faster and more efficient design of plans and prototypes. In addition, for the manufacture of the mold, our workshop has the most cutting-edge machinery: several machining centers in 3 and 5 axes, systems for changing parts on pallets, penetration EDM and wire. This technology allows us to guarantee a precise final work with a virtually non-existent margin of error.
